Grindon Broadway Over 40s FC — Last Man Standing Rules & Terms

1. ENTRY
All entrants must pay the £10 entry fee before the gameweek 1 pick deadline (Friday 7:00pm). No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances. Miss the deadline and you must wait for the next competition.

2. HOW TO PLAY
Each week, pick one Premier League team to win their match. If your team wins, you survive. If your team draws or loses, you are eliminated.

3. TEAM PICKS
You may not pick the same team more than once in the same competition. If a rollover is declared, used teams are reset and all teams become available again from that point. Picks must be submitted before Friday at 7:00pm. Picks submitted after the deadline will not be accepted and you will receive a no-pick result (eliminated).

4. BUY BACK
One buy back is permitted per player per competition, subject to the following conditions:
- Buy backs are only available in rounds 1–3
- Buy backs are not available once 5 or fewer players remain
- The buy back fee is £10
- If a rollover occurs, the buy back window may be extended by one round
- Payment must be received before the next gameweek deadline to re-enter

5. SUDDEN DEATH
If the competition reaches gameweek 15 with two or more players still active, sudden death rules apply. From that point, any result that is not a win (including draws) will result in elimination.

6. DEAD HEAT
In the event of a dead heat — where all remaining players are eliminated in the same round — the prize pot will be split equally between all tied players. Any remainder after equal division is retained by the club. The club's decision on all matters is final and no disputes will be entered into.

7. PRIZE POT
The prize pot is made up of all entry fees and buy back fees collected, less any club levy. The prize pot is updated in real time and visible in the app.

8. WINNER
The last player standing wins the prize pot in full (subject to dead heat rules above). The club will make payment within 7 days of the competition ending.

9. CONDUCT
The club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for misconduct or breach of these rules. The club's decision is final.

10. NO REFUNDS
Entry fees and buy back fees are non-refundable once submitted.
